Tvaris Labs is an independent software studio. We build focused productivity tools — for ourselves, and for teams who'd rather have a sharp small tool than a sprawling platform.
Our story
Most productivity software is too broad. It tries to be everything to everyone — and ends up being merely adequate at everything. Brain training apps drift into casinos. Cost dashboards drift into enterprise suites. Focus timers drift into social networks.
We started Tvaris Labs because we wanted the opposite: small tools that do one thing brilliantly, ship quickly, and respect the person on the other side of the screen. No VC pressure to grow at all costs. No dark patterns. No features added just to justify a price hike.
Today we build a handful of our own products and take on a small number of client projects every year. The constraint — staying small — is the feature.

What we do
We do three things, on repeat:
- We build software for end users. Brain training, focus timers, study tools, small calm utilities. Apps real people open every day.
- We build software for teams and businesses. Internal tools, data dashboards, custom productivity software. Small projects, shipped fast, handed over maintainable.
- We use AI where it earns its keep. LLMs and agents are tools, not the product. We reach for them when they make software faster, smarter, or kinder — and skip them when they don't.
How we think
- Fast beats feature-rich. A snappy small tool wins over a sluggish suite.
- Focus beats distraction. No nags, no anxiety-streaks, no growth-team funnels.
- Owning your data beats renting it. Export is a button, not a support ticket.
- Shipping beats slideware. A small honest release this week beats a grand roadmap next quarter.
How we work
Tvaris Labs is customer-funded. No venture capital, no growth-at-all-costs mandate. That gives us the freedom to build for the people who pay us, not for an exit. We ship in small steps, answer email, fix bugs quickly, and charge fair prices that are the same for everyone.
What's next
More products only when we find another problem worth our full attention. The studio grows by depth, not by sprawl.
